The Peoples’ Summit, a program of informed dialogue about the economic, social and political problems facing the world, took place from Saturday, September 19 to Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at several locations in the city of Pittsburgh. Over 700 people attended the Peoples' Summit. Some of the speakers that spoke at the Summit included Howard Zinn, Walden Bello, James Quilligan, Tim Stevens, State Senator Jim Ferlo, Carl Redwood, Molly Rush, Anthony Arnove, Jeremy Scahill and Anna Pinto.

Over the next few months this site will be dedicated to collecting and sharing videos and notes from the talks and workshops at the Peoples' Summit. If you have videos or notes from the Summit that you'd like to share, please contact us.
